Bridget Truxillo is a former Deputy Sheriff who served in patrol, the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit, and on the SWAT team in Florida. She knows firsthand the challenges law enforcement officers face—both on the street and within their own agencies.

After years of serving the public, Bridget realized she could make a greater impact by serving the law enforcement community in a different way. She went to law school to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to protect those who protect us, launching Lady Law Shield to help officers and first responders navigate workplace legal issues with confidence.

Based in Houston, Texas, Bridget works with clients nationwide on federal employment law cases. She lives with her husband and kids and remains dedicated to providing legal support that goes beyond representation—focusing on comfort, peace of mind, and a more balanced life for those who serve.
